 4. पर जो अपने थीम डाउनलोड की होगी वह ज़िप फाइल में होगी तो आपको उसे एक्सट्रैक्ट कर के XML फाइल को के करना होगा फिर उसे दूसरी जगह में पेस्ट करना होगा फिर "अपडेट और रिस्टोर" पर क्लिक करे फिर XML पर क्लिक करे, उसके बाद आपको "choose file" क्लिक करना होगा फिर क्मल को ओपन करके upadte पर क्लिक करे,

पोस्ट कैसे करें(how to make a post)
सबसे पहले, हमें पता होना चाहिए कि पद के शीर्षक और शरीर क्या है, चलो सीखें
 first of all, we should know what is title and body of a post, let's learn 

 title: 
एक पद एक पद के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यह आपकी पोस्ट को परिभाषित करता है और यह पैराग्राफ का मुख्य शीर्षक है। इस अनुच्छेद को उस शीर्षक से जाना जाएगा
a title is most important for a post because it's defined your post and it main heading of paragraph. this a paragraph will be known by that title. 

पोस्ट का एक समूह(A body of the post)
यह भी महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यह आपके शीर्षक को विस्तार से परिभाषित करता है I.e स्पष्टीकरण के लिए आपने शब्दों, छवि और वीडियो आदि का उपयोग किया था
पद के लिए जरूरी है जो पोस्ट के दाहिने ओर चार फ़ंक्शन दिए गए हैं, ये हैं:
प्रकाशित करें, सहेजें, पूर्वावलोकन करें और बंद करें

  ये आपकी पोस्ट को ब्लॉग में प्रकाशित करने के लिए उपयोग करते हैं, इन्हें मसौदे में सहेजने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है और इस पोस्ट को प्रकाशित करने के लिए किसी अन्य समय का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, इसके लिए पूर्वावलोकन का उपयोग होता है, आपका पोस्ट यह दिखाना है कि आप इसे अपने ब्लॉग में कैसे देखते हैं
it's also important because it defined your title in detail i.e for an explanation you used words, image, and video etc
there are four functions is given in a right-side of the post which is important for the post, these are: 
publish, save, preview, and close
 these use for publishing your post into a blog, save are used to use save in draft and your use this post another time for publishing, preview use for, your post is to show how you see it in your blog. 

 post setting:

 यह शीर्षक बॉक्स के सही स्थान पर दिया गया है। य़े हैं:
it is given in right site of the title box. these are:
 1. label
 2. schedule
 3. permalink
 4. location
 5. search description 

 एक लेबल को परिभाषित किया जाता है कि आप पोस्ट की किस प्रकार लिखते हैं I.e यदि आप समाचार के बारे में एक पोस्ट लिखते हैं तो आपका लेबल खबर है
A label is defined which of post yo write i.e if your write a post about news then your label is news

 एक कार्यक्रम दो प्रकार हैA( schedule is two type)
                                      1. automatic
                                      2. custom (set date and time)
स्वत: अनुसूची में इसकी एक गलती सेटिंग को परिभाषित किया गया है। यह स्वत: में समय और दिनांक दे रहा है
यदि आप दिनांक और समय बदलते हैं तो आप कस्टम शेड्यूल का उपयोग कर सकते हैं और अपना समय और दिनांक बदल सकते हैं
In automatic schedule is defined its a fault setting. it's giving time and date in automatic
If you change date and time then you can use custom schedule and change your time and date 

 Permalink आपके पोस्ट URL परिभाषित किया गया है वह यूआरएल एक आसान तरीके से अपनी पोस्ट तक पहुंचने के लिए उपयोग करता है यह दो प्रकार की स्वचालित और कस्टम परमालिक है, एक स्वचालित परमालिक एक डिफ़ॉल्ट सेटिंग है। स्वचालित पर्मलिंक आपको स्वतः यूआरएल में दिया जाता है आप अपने यूआरएल को बदल सकते हैं
permalink is defined your post URL. that URL use for reach your post in an easy way. it's two type automatic and custom permalink, an automatic permalink is a default setting. automatic permalink  is given you URL in automatically 
and in the custom permalink, you can change your URL  

 खोज का विवरण आप को परिभाषित करता है I.e यदि आप Google में कुछ खोज करते हैं तो आप उन कुछ विषयों के नीचे देख सकते हैं जिन्हें खोज लिखा गया है, उन्हें खोज विवरण कहने के लिए ले जाता है।

    5.   एक पोस्ट शीर्षक और शरीर को अपने दिलचस्प विचार और ज्ञान अनुभव के साथ भरें और आइकन का उपयोग करके आप अपना टेक्स्ट बदल सकते हैं और सुधार कर सकते हैं।

              2.   CREATE YOUR BLOG" पर क्लिक करें  
                      (Click on “CREATE YOUR BLOG”)

               3.     "create your blog" पर क्लिक करने के बाद प्रवेश पृष्ठ पर पहुंच जायेंगे 
         (After click on “create your blog” then will reach login page)
          4. फिर प्रवेश के लिए अपना जीमेल आईडी और पासवर्ड दर्ज करें यदि आपके पास कोई जीमेल आईडी नहीं है तो आपको Gmail आईडी बनाने की आवश्यकता होगी.
(Then enter your Gmail id and password for login if you do not have a Gmail id then you will need create Gmail id )
              5.     Click on "continue to blogger"
                      ("continue to blogger" पर क्लिक करें)
               6.    "create new blog" पर क्लिक करें
                          (Click on "create new blog")
                 7. अपना ब्लॉग शीर्षक नाम और वेब पता दर्ज करें, अपना टेम्प्लेट चुनें और create blog पर क्लिक करें    
        (Enter your blog title name and web address, choose your template and click on create blog)
                 8.   फिर अपने ब्लॉग का उपयोग करें और अपनी वेबसाइट पर Google को अपनी स्क्रीन पर दिखाएं।

when you used to copy content in your post then google Adsense reject your application. it make your blog the wrong impression and  its can and may ban your content if you used to copy content
